Frequently asked questions
How long before we can walk on it?
Two to four hours with ventilation, longer in a humid space or without airflow. For offices we usually schedule on a Friday evening.
Do all stains come out?
No. Coffee, wine and ink often do; bleach and some dyes have permanently stripped colour from the fibre and no cleaning brings it back. We tell you before we start.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture. Full filing cabinets, fixed workstations and heavy equipment stay put and we clean around them.
