Commercial and residential painting in Montreal
We take on interior painting work: building corridors and common areas, offices, and units repainted between tenants. This is a service we added recently, alongside our maintenance contracts.
We mostly take painting work from clients whose buildings we already maintain, or following a post-renovation clean. That is the context where it makes sense: we already know the space, the access and the scheduling constraints.

What determines the price
Priced by wall area, coat count and the extent of preparation. Preparation is the variable that moves most: a sound wall paints quickly, a damaged one takes more filling time than painting time.

Do you do exterior painting?
No. We keep this work to interiors.
Can painting and cleaning be combined?
Yes, and that is the most common case: paint first, final clean after, as one job and one invoice.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes, or we apply what you have already chosen if you want a specific colour or brand.
