In a restaurant the kitchen floor is the real issue. Grease building up in tile grout and under equipment creates a slip hazard and attracts pests. We degrease with an alkaline product and brush the grout, which mopping does not do.

Do you clean hoods and ducts?
No. Hood and duct cleaning requires separate certification and an insurance report. We clean the hood exterior and surrounding surfaces.
Do you work after closing?
Yes, that is the norm. We come in after staff leave and finish before the morning arrival.
Can you prepare us for a MAPAQ inspection?
We can run a deep clean targeting floors, grout and shared surfaces. Equipment and procedural compliance stays with your operation.
