Do you handle biomedical waste?
No. Yellow containers and sharps fall under your protocol and your licensed provider. We remove general waste and recycling only.
Which disinfectants do you use?
Health Canada registered disinfectants carrying a DIN. If your professional order or insurer requires a specific product, we use it and keep the safety data sheets on site.
Are your staff trained for a care environment?
Yes — on colour coding, cleaning sequence from clean to dirty, and contact times. A disinfectant wiped off before its contact time has not disinfected.
